Sriji Computers Pvt. Ltd. is a Vadodara based System Integrator providing IT Infrastructure solutions to SME's and Government Customers since 1999. We are business partners with HP, Dell, Microsoft, CISCO, CrowdStrike etc. We have a dedicated team of qualified & certified engineers supporting the sales and support teams.

The requirement is for Technical Support Engineer. We require two male candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and network devices.

• Creating user accounts and performing access control.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.

• Provide desktop and helpdesk support, making sure all Hardware and Software related issues are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.

• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

• Meeting with the user to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.

• Providing technical support via remote-access systems.

• Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Anti-Virus software, and Microsoft Email System.

• Tracking and managing work records.IT asset inventory management.

• Maintain documentation and technical specifications and best practices.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 0-2 years of experience as Desktop Support Engineer / IT administrator in to IT Industry.

• Ability to respond to help desk requests after-hours on a limited basis.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
